O God, our help in ages past,
our hope for years to come,
our shelter from the stormy blast,
and our eternal home.

Under the shadow of thy throne,
thy saints have dwelt secure;
sufficient is thine arm alone,
and our defense is sure.

or earth received her frame,
from everlasting thou art God,
to endless years the same.

A thousand ages in thy sight

O God, our help in ages past,

O LORD turn again the captivity of GB, Europe and the nations

Lord, thou hast been our dwelling place in all generations.. Before the mountains were brought
forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou
art God. Ps90:1
 
Ps 126
When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. 2. Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them. 3 The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad. 4Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south. 5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. 6. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

We must know the history of our nation and the nations. We must read books and listen to messages on Revival etc.

The nation GB was established upon the principles of Christian fathers and mothers; they established social welfare and philanthropic (charitable acts), abolition of slavery, prison reform, and social justice projects. These parents of old founded banks and financial institutions like -
- Barclays, Lloyds, and manufacturing companies, including shoe retailer like:
- C.& J. Clark or Clark International Ltd, trading as Clarks, is a British, international shoe manufacturer and retailer founded in 1825 by Quaker brothers; Cyrus and James Clark in Somerset, England.
- The big three British confectionery makers Cadbury: was founded in Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1824 (192 years ago).
- Rowtree and Fry’s; developed the Kit Kat, Smarties, Aero, Rolo.

A man in Government: William E Gladstone, prime minister of Britain once said
“ All that I live for is based on the divinity of Christ”.

The world

Walt Disney: Founder of Disney. He was a praying man who oft included biblical
themes in his films.
Henry J. Heinz: founded H. J. Heinz Company (Heinz baked beans, ketcup etc)
Michael Faraday: Discovered electricity
Thomas Edison: The bulb
Wright brothers: invented Aeroplane

PRAYERS

For Ourselves

• Thanking God for His works of old in our nation and the nations.
• Repentance and mercy for how we have mismanaged the labour of our fathers and mothers of old.

Ps 137:1-4. By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. 2 We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof. 3 For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion. 4 How shall we sing the LORD's song in a strange land?

Acts13:36. For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep,
and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption:

• Create opportunities for me to serve my generation in Revival.
